The Youthnet Cyprus participated with one of its members in the Training Course “YE – Tools for Youth Exchanges”, which took place from 27 January to 2 February 2025 in Reykjavík, Iceland.

The main objective of the training course Tools for Youth Exchanges was to enable youth leaders and youth workers to explore, share and adapt tools that can be used to improve youth exchange projects.

Upon completion of the course, participants, among other things:

· Enhanced their understanding of group processes and gained hands-on experience with tools that facilitate group development.

· Developed competences in designing and facilitating educational activities within the framework of youth exchanges.

· Were trained in tools that support the learning process, including debriefing and recognition of learning.

· Became equipped to apply methodologies and approaches that support the implementation of a youth exchange project.

· Were prepared for Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges.

· Strengthened networking opportunities among their organisations.
