Project Objectives
Through the HR Twinning project managed to:
- Improved the human resources processes and practices of the 6 participant organizations.
- Improved the HR skills and knowledge of the 35 participants from the seminar in an intercultural context.
- Created on online European network of good practices of human resources professionals from non-profit organizations.
- Created and publish a HR good practices guide for NGO’S.
