Project Objectives

Through the HR Twinning project managed to:

1. Improved the human resources processes and practices of the 6 participant organizations.
2. Improved the HR skills and knowledge of the 35 participants from the seminar in an intercultural context.
3. Created on online European network of good practices of human resources professionals from non-profit organizations.
4. Created and publish a HR good practices guide for NGO’S.
